Weddings
Full Weekend Rental: Friday 12:00pm - Sunday 12:00pm
Milt's Barn only rents the venue for one wedding a weekend to make sure our clients have the time needed to enjoy their event, setup, and tear down without feeling rushed.
Security Deposit
This is in addition to the rental fee and acts as a security deposit to hold the open date of your choosing and also as a damage deposit for your event. Provided there are no damages to the property during your event this amount is refunded to you within 30 days after your event.
Camping - optional SATURDAY ONLY
Milt's Barn offers camping in a designated area on the property. There are no electric or water hookups however, generators are welcome.
Private Parties
Graduation, Anniversary, Birthday, Reunion, Shower etc.
This option is for a one day event. Our fee is $100/Hr and a minimum of 5 hours, set up and clean up are included in the rental time.
*we do not consider any wedding to be a private party
